He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosemary Nesper and Delmar Nesper. He is survived by: his wife Lillian "Joyce" Nesper; his children, Anna Schneider Nesper, Abbey Nesper (Andrew Gates), Cole Nesper and Cash Nesper; his siblings, Linda Heringer, Lori Hammer (Patrick), Jeff Nesper (Lynda), Lisa Petrie and Leilani Nesper; and his grandchildren, Roane Schneider and Rachael Warner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and relatives.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Thy Neighbor, who, along with family, provided beautiful care to Jay in his last weeks.
