He was predeceased by: his parents, Park Tibbits and Bessie Tibbits (Johnson); his stepmother Elsie; his grandson Skyler; and his nephew Mike.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Tibbits; his children, Ronda Votava (Jeff), Trina Miller and Jeff Tibbits (Heather); his grandchildren, Chelsie, Zach, Kyler, Natalie, Lindsay, Brianna (Brian Meyer), Hailee (LT Richmond), Kaitlyn (Kade Swisse), Andrew, Hunter and Derrek (Kristy); his great grandchildren, Owen and Noah; his sister Linda Anthony (Jerry); and his siblings-in-law, Tim Selle (Marilyn), Steve Selle (Dora) and Emily Miller (Frank).

I am a history nut so when Jim displayed an antique gun and told its history. I was fascinated, and its been my special memory of him ever since.
