He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Latka and Rose Latka (Grimes); his sister Cecile Latka; his son Nathan Latka; his niece Dorraine Latka; his nephews, Wade Roy and Clint Smalis; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Smalis and Nancy Herkimer (Muñoz).
He is survived by: his spouse Carmen Latka; his son Sean Latka of Sidney, MT; and his siblings, Paul Latka (Donna) of Townsend, MT, Stephen Latka (Judy) of Janesville, WI, Dolores Roy of Dickinson, ND, Gail Nagle of Glendive, MT, Jeanne Smalis of Terry, MT and Diane Slagsvold of Billings, MT. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
