He is survived by: his parents, Paul Holzworth and Marguerite Holzworth; his daughter Hailey; his sisters, Kris Finn (Michael) and Stef Dreher (Randy); his nieces and nephews, Jackie Dreher, Kayla Shively (Scott), Walker Finn and Austin Dreher; his uncle Bill; and his aunt Patsy Holzworth. He is also survived by many other uncles, aunts and cousins.
