She is survived by: her mother Bonnie Chenoweth (Foggin); her daughters, Laryssa Chenoweth, Amandea, Makayla, Alisia and Emaleigh Salazar; her sister Beth Ann Cook (Mick); her nieces and nephews, Rick (Meredith), Ryan, Nathan, Cheyenne (Wyatt), Sierra, Andrew and Dara; her brother Jared Eugene Chenoweth (Michelle); and her nieces and nephews, Keegan and Olivia.
