He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Lyons and Sharon Lyons (McCollum). He is survived by: his children, Matthew Lyons and Megan Lyons; his sister Colleen Lyons Ghassemi; his brother-in-law Amir Ghassemi; his nephew Anthony Hernandez; his nieces, Angie Hernandez, Nina Ghassemi and Isabella Ghassemi; and his former wife Tiffany Lyons.
