John Schmidt Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2021, at the age of 72, John Schmidt of Shelby, Montana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Schmidt and Sylvia Peterson; and his stepfather Douglas Peterson. He is survived by: his siblings, Marlin Schmidt (Rebecca), Debbie Fisher and Tim Schmidt (Dawn); his nieces and nephews, Kayla, Christian, Owen, Chance Fisher (Vangie) and Jennifer Geisen (Glen); his daughter Lisa McDonald; his great-nephew Weston; his great-niece Justis Moore; and also, Johna and Tammy Schmidt Barkus. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
