She was predeceased by: her mother Betty Silberman. She is survived by: her husband Evan King; her siblings, Bettylou and Herbie; her children, Jodi (Brian Aklestad) and Jamie (Juli King); her grandchildren, Alyssa, Natasha, Drew (Charlie Simkin), Jake, Sam and Jordyn; and her great grandchildren, Logan, Luca and Mia Simkin.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Jalene's name to the Alzheimer's Research Foundation.
