He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Welker and Marion Welker (Pettigrew); his brothers, Thomas and Frank; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Appley and Hattie.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Welker; his children, Brett Welker of Washington, Wendy Irvin (Mark) of Helena, Thomas (Angie) of Shelby and Jack (Pixi) of Colorado; and his grandchildren, Morgan (Nicholas), Lindsay (Jarret), Sydney and Joshua. He is also survived by 4 great grandsons as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
