He was predeceased by: his siblings, Beatrice Atkins, Della Daley, Lorraine Quinlan, Viola Gagner, Emmet, Vincent, Ronald and Edward Gagner; and his parents, Onisme "Gene" Gagner and Mederise Gagner (LeDoux).

He is survived by: his wife Beverly; and his children, Douglas, Darin, Cynthia and Connie. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
