He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Harper and Velma Harper (Allen); his wife Rose Mary; and his grandson Riley Folk. He is survived by: his close friend Valerie Moench of Shelby; his children, Scott Harper of Howe, IN, Jeff Harper of Sedley, VA, Krystal Swortwood of Solana Beach, CA and Beth Ann Brady of Raleigh, NC; his grandsons, Kaylan Harper of Charlotte, NC, Lucas of San Diego, CA, Chase Swortwood of San Diego, CA and Hailey Folk of California; his great grandchild Jacob Harper of Charlotte, NC; his sisters, Sharon Harper of Helena and Jenni England (Art); and his half-brother Patrick Lowe of Havre. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
