He was predeceased by: his mother Madonna Curtis (Woodman). He is survived by: his father Walter Curtis; his significant other Stacy Curtis (Howard); his children, Chelsey Acosta (James), Carissa and Jacob; his brothers, Keith (Cheryl), Corey (Amber) and Matthew (Jennifer); and his parents-in-law, Ron and Juanita Howard. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
