He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Louis Rice and Pauline Rice; his wife Carole Egness; his daughter Robin Dowell (Scott); his grandchildren, Sam, Molly, Will and Neela; his daughter Rhonda Ackerman (Randi); his pet Kari Nicholas (David); his son Garry (Toni); his grandchildren, Stephen (Samantha) and Ryan; and also, Kaitlyn, Noah, Quinn, Kade, Micah, McKinley (Lauren), Malachi, Ari, Mia, Eli and Rory.
