She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Smith and Margaret Smith; and her brothers, Richard Smith, Robert Smith and Dean Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter Patricia; her husband Donn; her children, Steve (Kelly) and Tracy DeFrank (Kevin); her grandchildren, Sarah Bruggeman and Matthew Bruggeman (Shayne); her great grandchild Tenley; and her sisters-in-law, Jessica Smith and Sharongae Smith. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
