He was predeceased by: his parents, John Robert Devin Rankin and Effie Mae Rankin (Baker). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Johnny Rankin (Shawna) and Brianna Rankin; his grandchildren, Jessey Rankin, Shay Rankin and Braden Feisthamel; his great grandchildren, Ahri Gorton and Oliver Weber; and his siblings, Joye Lynn Fountain (Rankin) and Dwayne Rankin. He is also survived by three nephews and two nieces.
