He is survived by: his parents, Norbert Herauf and Joyce Herauf (Banfield); his wife Deanna; his son Jay; his siblings, Diane, Donna, Darlene (Dion), Doris, Doug, Dale and Dwight; and his close friend Joe Eggar. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and in-laws.
