“Going back to West Elementary in Great Falls, Anne was one of my first friends when I was the new girl at school. Our group of friends were all in the Native American club and even though I was the only light skinned, very obviously more Irish than Native girl, she never made me feel like an outcast. She was always so happy that I was embracing that culture with her. She really was the sweetest and kindest friend a girl could ask for, which I’ll always be so thankful for. Rest easy, Anne❤️”
