He is survived by: his aunt Dorothy; his uncle Glenn Conlon; his former wife Patty Breipohl; his son Michael Alan; his wife Elaine Jennings; his uncle Jack; his stepfather Wes; his daughter-in-law Toni; his grandson Chris; his sister Janis Dimmitt; his children, Mike Conlon (Toni), Lori Conlon Khan (Ather) and David Conlon; his grandchildren, Lucas Conlon (Kassy), Sidrah Khan, Sharif Khan, Khadija Khan and David Hamilton Conlon; his great grandchildren, Adira, Oraya, Ruby and Zaylee Conlon; and his caregivers, Scott, Shannon, Alex and Nicki. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, extended family and friends.
