He is survived by: his mother Betty Simms; his significant other Dianne Domire; his close friends, Robert Walsh, Jim Waggoner and Pat Zeman; his grandchildren, Kingston Folk, Krimson Folk and Kenedy Folk; his sons, Jacob Folk and Bryan Folk Jr.; his nephews, Quinn Mulluck and Tyson Folk; his brothers, Kelly Domire and Kory Folk; his grandchild Kennedy Folk; his former wife Robin Morin; and his sister-in-law Gennifer Plummer.
