He is survived by: his siblings, Vernon of Smyrna, TN, Tim of Sage, AR, Faron of Billings, MT, Sandra Jones of Roundup, MT, Terri Long of Decatur, TN, Penny Chamness, Dawn Davidson of Billings, MT and Melody Lopez of Sage, AR; his parents, Charlie Stutts and Lucille Stutts; his brother-in-law Keith Filer; and his niece Bethany Filer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Kelly has been in the dugout for the past five years battling MS and more recently Covid.
