He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ruby Liggett and James Liggett; his children, Steven, David (Pam), Ann Sweeney (Chuck), Tom (Dixie) and Jane Elizabeth (Derek Grimmell); his sister Marion Ryder; his wife Chris; and his sister Marjorie Langenhop. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
He died in Roundup of complications of Covid-19 on October 29, 2020.
