She was predeceased by: her parents, James Doty and Esther Doty; her husband James Norman; her brother Jerry; and her stepdaughters, Brenda and Margie.
She is survived by: her sisters, Elaine Dooley, Bayfield of Colorado, Verda Meyers, Kankakee of Illinois, Lorna Gabbert and Peoria of Illinois; her son Lon Sibley (Robin); her granddaughter Erika; her daughter Sondra Wade; her grandchildren, Misty and Marquinn; and her great grandchildren, Pippa, Jake, Grace and Everly. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
