He is survived by: his children, Dick, Dale, Les, Chuck, Hank, Marilyn and Ronan; his wife Marilyn Grace Singer; his children, Gina Kanzaki (Muffie), Tami Cotton (Greg) and Alan Dolezal; his grandchildren, Brian, Kevin Kanzaki, Sterling and Madison Cotton; and his brothers, Richard Dolezal (Eileen), Dale Dolezal (Chris) and Charles Dolezal (Mary Ann). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
