He is survived by: his wife Velma Rungborg of Reserve; his children, Debra Madsen, Russell Madsen, Alan Madsen (Linda), Diana Schofield (John), Julie Montgomery (Wayne), Susan Soltis (Ted), Tammy Madsen and Lisa Bayless (Steve); and his siblings, Joan Smith (Harry) and Don Madsen (Pat). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
