He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Lewis and Viola Lewis; and his brother Lear (Sylvia). He is survived by: his wife Peggy Lewis; his children, Marlin Lewis (Megan), Amber Richardson (Lans) and Kipp Lewis (Robyn); his grandchildren, Addyson, Elaina, Ellyn, Annalise, Malyn and Cecile; his children, Sarah Mahoney (Will), Erik Kayser (Fran), Matt Kayser, Annie Kayser and Scott Kayser (Mary); and his grandchildren, Kai, Keifer, Mallory, Rory and Ione.
