He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Jaszkowiak and Pansy Oxford Jaszkowiak; his wife Norita Burtts (Priske); his stepdaughter Linda Burtts Hayworth (Marvin); and his siblings, Kenneth, Fred, Edward, Mary and Rita Ebel (Jaszkowiak).

He is survived by: his siblings, William (Marlene), Thomas, Henry (Marlene), Charles (JoAnne), Andrew (Pamela), Donald, Dorothy Falconer, Susan and Beverly (Curt); and his stepchildren, Bonnie Jares (John), Bennie Burtts (Roxie), Julie Lasater (Paul), Cherie Stoddard (Doug) and Shelly (Curt).
