It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Velma Marlene Madsen of Reserve, Montana, who passed away on December 1, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Soren Rungborg and Myrtle Rungborg; her husband Dan Madsen; her sister Ardell Nelson; and her daughter Debbie Madsen.
She is survived by: her brother Gordon Rungborg of Charlo, MT; and her children, Diana Madsen-Schofield (John) of Lexington, VA, Julie Montgomery (Wayne) of Yakima, WA, Susan Soltis (Ted) of Holbrook, AZ, Tammy Madsen of Seattle, WA, Lisa (Steve), Russell Madsen of Kalispell, MT and Alan Madsen (Linda) of Ronan, MT.. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren, her children and their spouses, their children and their spouses, and all the many grandkids.
