He is survived by: his wife Rhonda; his close friend Tanisha; his siblings, Bob Earhart, Joan Smith, Jerry, Ellen Earhart and Betsy Tarrant; his sister-in-law Jamie Atkins; and his nieces and nephews, Lee, Deb Earhart, Dan, Ron Earhart, Miguel Bernal, Lynette, Bill Henderson, Marshal, Kelly Latham, Kristi, Mike Driscoll, Carrie Shinkle, Dennis, Jennifer Lane, Dusty, Kelly Atkins, Shannon, Brandon Neesan, Jim Jr. and Libby Atkins.
