He is survived by: his wife Dora; his children, Jerome "Oly" Hugs, Jr., Joshua, Josiah Hugs (Taleshia), DeAndra Stone (Arlo) and Ava (Hugo); his siblings, Shirleen Glenn, Merle Jean Harris, Sherri Hugs, Patricia Laverdure, Lovern Perez-BullTail, Dorothy SpottedBear, Kenneth Toineeta, Frank, Harvey (Cynthia), Leland Hugs and Wales BullTail; his grandchildren, Kaitlin, Arlo, Jr., Jeshurun, Jerome III (Roze), Jericho (Makenna), Wade, Jacob, Billy, Taiah and Jaxon; his nieces and nephews, Honey WolfTail (Roy), Mallory BrightWings (Matthew), Bryce (Kim) and Isaiah Hugs (Andriea); and his close friends, Martin Reynolds (Josie), Dale Hanson (Judith) and Bruce Nagel. He is also survived by his children, nephews, and nieces.
He made his decision to go home to The Lord on March 3, 2021 after a short battle with COVID.
