With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nicholas Wolter (Pray, Montana), born in Saint Paul, Minnesota, who passed away on September 7, 2018 at the age of 70. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nicholas Wolter to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his brothers, Carl Wolter, Paul Wolter and Mark Wolter; his parents, Marjorie Douglass (Mikkelsen) and Richard Wolter; and his stepfather Jesse Douglass.
He is survived by: his children, Megan Zatz (Ben), Ellen Wolter (Nate Knoernschild), Keith Wolter (Teresa Knoedler) and Annie Hondorf (Chris); his grandchildren, Zach, Hannah, Oliver Zatz, Isaac, Charlotte, May Knoernschild, Bergen Wolter, Iris Wolter and Nola Hondorf; his sister Martha Eaton; and also, Marcia Britton, Rose Brown and LaToya Kirkland.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to any of the following funds at the Billings Clinic Foundation: Healing Environment, Cystic Fibrosis, Internal Medicine Residency Endowment, or the Psychiatric Residency Endowment.
