He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Jones Sr. and Lillian Lester; his brother-in-law Virgil Ricker Sr.; his siblings, Earl Jones Jr., Richard "Buck" Jones, Maynard Jones Sr., Mary Jane, Rita, Ester Marie, Arlene and Myrtle; and his aunt Gladys.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Darren, Darian, Virgil "Spanky" Merculieff, Jesse, Alisa (Tracey), Brittany (Lawrence), Shawn, Jaymin Wise Spirit, Angel Wise Spirit, Kayla, Jackie, Mary Rose and Jen; his half-sisters, Juanita (Doug) of Poplar and Naomi Montclair of Poplar; his sister-in-law Vivian Jones of Poplar; his nieces and nephews, Virgil "Moosie" Ricker, Stanley "Cowboy", Manny, Fritz, Maynard Jr., Leland Jones, DeAnne, Earlene, Marta, LaDonna, Alva, Sylvia, Lillian, Baby E and Farrah; and his friends, Anne Lester of Poplar and Yvette Todd of Poplar.
