He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Shelby and Marjorie Shelby; and his brother Darell Shelby. He is survived by: his wife Betty Shelby; his daughter Jamie Cohoon (Ben); his granddaughters, Jessica Dunbar and Genny Cohoon; his great grandchildren, Ben, Wyatt and Ryan; his stepson Tom Yoakum (Carol); his stepgrandchildren, Tommy, Samantha and Kaitlyn; his stepdaughter Teri Netzer; his stepgrandson Tyler Netzer; his grandchildren, Jerrick, MaeLee, Hensley and Zoella; his stepdaughter Tina Heffernan (Paul); his stepgranddaughter Makayla Heffernan (Kaden); and his grandchildren, Charlotte and Kindel.
