He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Anderson Rand and Sarah Ella (Naegle); and his brother Charles. He is survived by: his sister Sarah; and his children, Michael (Lita), David (Maria), Daniel, Annette, Lisa (Ron) and Traci. He is also survived by 14 grandkids, 17 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
