She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Gerard MacDougall of Nova Scotia and Edith Veronica Steinkraus of Cambridge; her spouse James R. Collins of Boston; and her siblings, Robert MacDougall and Margaret A. MacDougall.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Collins (Chrissy) of Chicago Illinois, Mary Collins Kelly of Whitefish, John Collins of Polson and Michael Collins (Dina) of Deerfield, Illinois; her grandchildren, Nick, Blake Collins, John, Ryan, McKenna, Connor Kelly and Gavin Collins; her brother Don MacDougall of Kingsley; and her siblings-in-law, John, Carol Collins of Falmouth and Mary King of Arlington. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations are being taken at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
