He is survived by: his siblings, Randy Bleazard (Deb), Vickie Freeman (Mark) and Mike Bleazard (Marlous); his children, Randall Wayne Bleazard, Tyler Scott Bleazard, Brittnie Ann Bleazard, Kassi Jo Bleazard and Donna Joyce Bleazard; his stepchildren, Amanda Hardy, Brianna Rae Tarnutzer and Brock Oman; and his grandchildren, Bentley, Alex, Adan, Oaklynn and Isabella.
