He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Julie Prater (Steve) and Mark Thomas (Marcy); his grandsons, Zach and Alex Polsin; his siblings, Irene Gill (Wayne), Mary Ledford, Rob Thomas, Patrick Thomas (Pam) and Marcia; his brother-in-law John; and his nephews, Jonathan (Jessica) and Robert Likarish (Kylee).
