He was predeceased by: his parents, James Funke (Jim) and Eva Funke (Pollmann); and his brother Daniel (Danny Funke). He is survived by: his brothers, James Funke of Polson, Frederick Funke (Sandy) of Polson and Larry Funke (LouAnn) of Federal Way, Washington.; his son Ryan Thormahlen; his grandchildren, Garrett, Allison, Jillian and Aidan; his daughter Daun Hume (Marion Johnson); and his grandchildren, Jesse (Maylissa), Tyler Hume, Antonia Johnson (Angelo) and Ely Johnson. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, beloved neighbors and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lakeview Cemetery (2000 Hillcrest Dr, Polson, MT 59860).
