She is survived by: her sons, Alphonso Mata Martinez (Erika Carrillo) of Guymon, OK and Jose Martinez (Lacey Farley) of Chickasha, OK.; her grandchildren, Angel Madrid, Gabe Martinez, Serenity Mata, Isabella Jennings, Joesph Jauregui and Michael Jauregui; her great grandchildren, Ariel Chavira and Baby Ayden Madrid; and her niece Megan Krahn.
