He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Rathert and Frances Rathert (Lund); his siblings, Donna (Mervin) and Fred (Kathy); and his son-in-law Ken Schreibvogel.
He is survived by: his wife Irene; his daughter Julie Rathert Schreibvogel; his grandchild Rorey (Nicki); his great grandchildren, Easton and Presley; his daughter Jill Page (Greg); his grandsons, Jon (Hannah), Alex and Jake; his children, Jana Rathert and Bill Rathert; and his brother Charles (Chuck). He is also survived by several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
