He is survived by: his wife Diane; his son Jorel; his grandson Calel of Plentywood; his stepchildren, Caitlin Buer (Chase) of Scobey, Rob Nyby (Brit) of Plentywood and Wes; his siblings, Gary of Sidney, Cleo of Marshall, MN, Barb Fink (Ron) of Raymond and Roger of Kirkland, AZ; his nieces and nephews, Jeremie Ward (Annie) of Dagmar, Kristen Ward (Adam Sargent) of Sidney, Amber Sissell of Sidney, John Bromberg (Cheryl) of Billings, Tracy Rosenbaum (Heath) of Sioux Falls, SD, Randi Stenehjem of Sherman, ME and Kala Rush (Ben) of Sherman, ME; his uncle Jim Ward (Sharon) of Columbia Falls; his aunt Linda Ward of Great Falls; and his father-in-law Robert Spoklie (Dolores Mangel) of Kalispell. He is also survived by twelve great nieces and nephews; and numerous cousins.
