She was predeceased by: her father Donald Fellon. She is survived by: her mother Leona Fellon; her father-in-law Loren O'Toole; her brother-in-law Patrick O'Toole; her niece Carlie Fellon; her stepfather Lowell Snyder; her husband Michael O'Toole; her daughter Tessa O'Toole; her brothers, Greg Fellon and Derl Fellon (Michelle); her mother-in-law Joanne O'Toole; and her siblings-in-law, Larry O'Toole (Carol), Kevin O'Toole (Marcy), Scott O'Toole (Jill), Catherine Shedd (Darin), Mary Hunt (Bryan), Darcy O'Toole and Rhonda Fellon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; as well as many friends.

Memorials can be made in Nadine's name to the Plentywood Golf Course or to the Sheridan Health Care Foundation.
