With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Milton Gunderson of Plentywood, Montana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Milton left this world on March 25, 2025 at the age of 90, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. In the sacred silence of farewell, Milton is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Gunderson and Pansy Gunderson (Knight). He is survived by: his sister Clarice (Brekke); his friend Jere Lee Rivenes; his wife Jere Lee; his children, Mike (Kaylin) of Navajo, Thor Gillette (Vicki) and Beth Lewis (Jesse) of Rocky Mount, NC; and his close friend Clark Tousley. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Flaxville Cemetery (Flaxville, MT 59222).
Milton served on the following organizations (including chairing): Scobey Jaycees, Methodist Church board, Memorial Hospital board, Three Corner Boundary Association, and Hospital Foundation.
