We are sad to announce that on December 28, 2024, at the age of 85, Leona Thiel of Plentywood, Montana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Leona leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Peter Thiel; and her brother Leo Erhardt. She is survived by: her son Allen Thiel (Kelly); her grandchildren, Dominic of Plentywood, Kyle of Plentywood and Aaron Thiel (Kelcie) of Plentywood; her daughter Tammy Miller (Bill) of Kalispell, MT; her grandchildren, Holly Williams (Josh), Monica Lucas (Mark) and Andrea Stiffler (Kenny); her children, Robert Thiel (Tammy) of Sheridan, WY and Jerry Thiel (Myrna) of Post Falls, ID.; and her brother James Erhardt (Geraldine) of Kentucky. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
