With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Schmidt of Plentywood, Montana, born in Wadena, Minnesota, who passed away on July 21, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Schmidt; and her siblings, Jewel Dixon, Jim Walter and Johnny Walter. She is survived by: her siblings, Herbert and Alice Walter (Tappe); her children, Dixie (Roy), Steven (Kathy), Lori and Jewel; her grandchildren, Kevin (Allison), Alec, Jenna (Matt) and Page; her great grandchildren, Addison and Tyler; and her sisters-in-law, Jan Walter and Theone Saari. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
