It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Nielsen of Plentywood, Montana, born in Sidney, Montana, who passed away on November 10, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jens Thogersen and Etta Thogersen; her husband Howard Nielsen; her son Allan Nielsen; and her brothers, Ed Thogersen, Alton Thogersen and Dean Thogersen.
She is survived by: her nephew Howard (Irene); her children, Susan Meyer (Kim) of Westby, Cheryl Anderson (Michael) of Watertown and Eric Nielsen (Cindy) of Westby, Montana.; her daughter-in-law Vicki Morrill (Stew) of Fort Collins, CO.; her grandchildren, Jesse Nielsen Morrill (Ali), Allan Nielsen (Sarah), Nicole Blackwell (Scott), Tiffany Sharpe (Cameron), Taylor Nielsen (Heather), Brett Nielsen, Katie Nielsen, Alec Anderson, Natalie Anderson, Samantha Anderson and Abby Anderson; her great grandchildren, Anna Morrill, Claire Morrill, Maren Morrill, Jackson Woods, Cameron Woods, Alex Blackwell, Nola Blackwell, Charlie Nielsen, Ellie Nielsen, Cora Sharpe and Henry Nielsen; and her sister-in-law Edy Thogersen.
