She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hoffman and Emily Hoffman (Rothman); her sister Lucille; her brother-in-law Sam Meier; and her daughter-in-law Joni Laney (Robinson).
She is survived by: her husband John Laney; her children, Dalenne Schmidt (Tim) of Williston, ND, John of Wolf Point, MT and Brad (Teresa) of Vernal, UT; her granddaughter Sara Larson (Scott); her great grandchildren, Annora and Heron; her grandchild Chris Laney (Ilene); her great grandchild Megan; her grandsons, Patrick Laney, Jared Laney (Gwen) and Josh Laney (Stevie); her great grandchild Bobbi; her grandchild Jordyn Laney; her brother Bill Hoffman (Evelyn); and her sister-in-law Ruth Ellen Barnaby. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
