He was predeceased by: his parents, David Edward Bunch and Helen Theresa Bunch (Slye); his son Andrew Bunch; and his siblings, Tom (Patty) of Ottawa, Kansas and Catherine.
He is survived by: his sisters, Theresa Keener (Thomas) of Ft. Wayne and Donita Zundel (Norman) of Elkridge, Maryland; his former wife Heather (Phoenix) of Plains; his stepsons, Martin Alver (late Robin) of Louisville, Kentucky and John Alver (Sarah); his stepgrandson Gabriel Alver of Seattle, Washington; and his uncle James Bunch of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
