It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Esther (Fessler) Packard in Philipsburg, Montana, who passed away on April 19, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Harvey Packard; and her children, Heidie and Brent.
