She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Rogers and Mary Rogers; and her husband Doug. She is survived by: her close friend Will Laird; and her children, Douglas "Jim" Helms (HyoShim), Roy Helms (Susan), Jay Helms (Janice), Maryruth Butler (Eddie), Clarence Helms (Patty), Lynn Helms and Jesse Behmerwohld. She is also survived by Fourteen grandchildren, twenty two great-grandchildren, ten great- great-grandchildren, six brothers, one sister, and numerous nieces and nephews.
