He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Conway and Theresa Conway; his wife Tessa Hajek; his son Jacob; his brother Kris (Wilma); his aunts and uncles, Jay, Steve, Tim, Jan, Ginger, Char, Grace, Anna and Kelly; his grandparent Madylyn; his mother-in-law Lori; his grandmother Cleo; and also, Shelby (Trevor), Brooke (Justin) and Amanda (Cody). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
